Safety & safeguardingEvery child, safe and known.
Children learn best when they feel safe. These are the systems we have in place across the campus, on the bus, in the pool and online. Our written policies are shared with every family at admission, and you are welcome to ask for them during your visit.
Verified staff
Every teacher, driver, attendant and support staff member is background- and police-verified before joining, and trained in child protection.
Child protection
A written child protection policy and a designated safeguarding lead. Parents and staff can raise concerns confidentially, and every concern is recorded and acted on.
CCTV & controlled entry
CCTV across classrooms, corridors, play areas and entrances. Entry is controlled by security staff, and every visitor signs in and wears an ID.
Safe transport
Every bus has a trained attendant, GPS tracking and a speed limit. Children are handed over only to authorised adults at pick-up and drop-off.
Swimming safety
A qualified lifeguard and trained instructors at every session, children grouped by ability in small groups, and clear rules for changing rooms and privacy.
Health & first aid
A medical room on campus, first-aid trained staff and a doctor on call. Parents are informed immediately if a child is unwell or has an accident.
Anti-bullying
A clear anti-bullying and behaviour policy, taught to children explicitly, with a simple way for parents to raise complaints.
Heat & outdoor safety
Outdoor time is planned around Vadodara's weather, with shaded spaces, water breaks and indoor alternatives in peak summer heat.
Fire & emergency
Fire-safety equipment across the campus and regular evacuation drills, so children and staff know exactly what to do.
Online safety & data
School devices are filtered and supervised. Children's personal information is protected in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. See our privacy policy.
