Refund & cancellation policy

This policy applies to all fees paid to Woodford International School. Woodford International School is operated by Finn Education Trust, a registered public trust (Reg. No. E-8931).

1. Non-refundable fees

The registration fee and the admission fee are non-refundable once paid.

2. Seat cancellation before the academic year starts

If you withdraw your child by written notice to admin@woodfordschool.com before the start of the academic session, the seat is cancelled and the first quarter's fees are deducted as a seat cancellation charge, along with the non-refundable fees above. Any other fees paid in advance (for later quarters, activities or meals) are refunded.

3. Withdrawal during the academic year

Fees for an instalment period (quarter or term) that has already begun are not refunded. Fees paid in advance for future instalment periods are refunded if written notice of withdrawal is received before the start of that period.

4. Enrichment activities and meal plans

Fees for enrichment activities and meal plans are refundable only for complete months not yet started, on written notice. Sessions missed by the child are not refunded, but may be made up where possible.

5. Cancellations by us

If we cancel a programme or activity, you will receive a full refund for the unused portion, or an equivalent credit if you prefer.

6. Duplicate or incorrect payments

Payments made twice or in error are refunded in full once verified. Please inform us within 30 days with the transaction details.

7. How refunds are made

Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days of approval, to the original payment method (card, UPI or bank account). Your bank may take a further 5–7 working days to credit the amount.

8. How to request a refund

Write to admin@woodfordschool.com or call +91 99986 39600 with the child's name, receipt number and reason.
